You’ll learn that you don’t need to get off the ground to have a great scene. floor work can create profound trust, sensation, emotional connection, and breathtaking shapes through mindful tension, flow, and improvisation. Perfect for building confidence, creativity, and presence in your rope practice.

How to guide and reposition your partner using rope (without constant hand contact)
