This website and its content are intended for informational and educational purposes. You agree not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website or its related systems.
Intellectual Property
All content, including text, photography, logos, designs, videos, course materials, and branding, are the intellectual property of Rope Daddy Studios LLC unless otherwise stated. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Assumption of Risk
Educational materials and demonstrations involving rope or physical activity carry inherent risk. By participating in any instructional content, whether in-person or virtual, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume responsibility for your own safety, decisions, and actions.

Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks
By completing a purchase through Rope Daddy Studios LLC, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting the Company to seek resolution.
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute that contradicts these published policies, Rope Daddy Studios reserves the right to provide documentation of agreed terms, attendance records, communication history, and signed policies to the payment processor.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in permanent banning from future events and services.
Event Participation Terms
The following terms apply to all in-person events, workshops, classes, photo sessions, and gatherings hosted by Rope Daddy Studios LLC and its affiliates. By purchasing a ticket or attending any event, you agree to the terms outlined below
Independent Negotiations (Photo Events)
Rope Daddy Studios does not mediate or enforce agreements between photographers, models, attendees, or participants. All parties are solely responsible for negotiating compensation, image usage rights, editing permissions, distribution terms, and posting permissions prior to engaging in any photo session or collaboration.
Assumption of Risk
Participation in rope-related activities, workshops, demonstrations, or physical interactions involves inherent physical and emotional risk. By attending, you voluntarily assume full responsibility for your own safety, limits, communication, and decisions.
Liability Waiver
Rope Daddy Studios LLC, its staff, affiliates, venue partners, and representatives shall not be held liable for any physical injury, emotional distress, property damage, or other losses occurring during or related to event participation
Property Loss
Rope Daddy Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property at events or associated venues.
Code of Conduct
All attendees must adhere to event rules and community standards. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
• Consumption of alcohol where prohibited by venue rules
• Possession or use of illegal substances
• Harassment of any kind, including verbal, physical, or sexual harassment
• Violations of consent
Consent is mandatory in all interactions. Any violation may result in immediate removal without refund.
Presenter & Staff Protection
Harassment, solicitation, or disruptive behavior toward presenters, facilitators, staff, or volunteers is strictly prohibited. This includes attempts to recruit presenters for outside events without permission. Violations may result in removal and potential banning from future events.
Advertising & Promotions
Advertising, distributing materials, or promoting outside events, products, or services is prohibited without prior written approval. Sponsorship opportunities may be available upon request.
Dress Code & Public Conduct
Attendees must maintain street-legal attire when outside designated event spaces. Within event areas, attire must comply with venue guidelines and event standards.
Right to Remove or Ban
Event hosts, staff, and designated safety monitors reserve the right to remove any attendee for rule violations or behavior deemed unsafe or disruptive. Removal does not entitle the attendee to a refund.
Final Sale & No Cancellation Policy
All event ticket purchases are final. Rope Daddy Studios LLC maintains a strict no cancellation and no refund policy. Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to illness, injury, personal emergencies, family matters, travel complications, scheduling conflicts, or death.
Ticket holders may transfer their ticket to another individual. All transfers are the sole responsibility of the original purchaser. Rope Daddy Studios does not facilitate, guarantee, or mediate ticket transfers between private parties.
Failure to attend an event does not entitle the purchaser to credit, refund, or rescheduling.
Force Majeure
Rope Daddy Studios shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or alterations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, public health emergencies, venue closures, travel restrictions, or the death or incapacitation of essential event personnel.
Waiver Requirement
All participants engaging in hands-on rope instruction, demonstrations, or physical activities must complete and sign the required liability waiver prior to participation. Failure to complete the waiver may result in denial of entry without refund.
Media & Photography Policy
Rope Daddy Studios events may include photography, videography, and audio recording for educational, archival, and promotional purposes. By attending any event, participants acknowledge that authorized media capture may occur in designated areas.
Media Consent Requirement
Certain events require completion of a separate Media Consent & Release Form prior to entry. Participation in events may be conditional upon agreeing to media capture terms outlined in that form.
Individuals who do not consent to media capture must follow event procedures for identification and area restrictions where applicable.
No Expectation of Privacy in Event Areas
Events take place in shared educational environments. Participants should assume that incidental or background capture may occur in permitted event spaces.
Rope Daddy Studios does not guarantee privacy in general event areas unless specifically designated otherwise.
Use of Media
Authorized media captured during events may be used for promotional materials, website content, social media, educational publications, and marketing purposes unless otherwise restricted by written agreement.
Unauthorized Photography & Recording
Unauthorized photography, videography, or audio recording by attendees is strictly prohibited. This prohibition applies regardless of an individual’s personal consent preferences.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
Refund Policy
This Refund Policy outlines the terms applicable to event tickets, merchandise purchases, and digital content provided by Rope Daddy Studios LLC.
Event Tickets
All event ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Rope Daddy Studios maintains a strict no cancellation policy. Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to illness, injury, personal emergencies, family matters, travel complications, scheduling conflicts, or death.
Ticket holders may transfer their ticket to another individual. All transfers are the sole responsibility of the original purchaser. Rope Daddy Studios does not mediate or guarantee private ticket transfers.
Failure to attend an event does not entitle the purchaser to credit, refund, or rescheduling.
Merchandise
Many merchandise items are produced on demand through third-party fulfillment partners. As such, all sales are final.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for incorrect sizing, buyer error, or change of mind.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact Rope Daddy Studios within 7 days of delivery and provide photo documentation. Approved claims will be replaced or refunded at the discretion of Rope Daddy Studios.
​Rope, body products, and safety-related items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Digital & Virtual Content
Digital products, virtual classes, and downloadable materials are non-refundable once access has been granted. Due to the nature of digital delivery, purchases cannot be reversed after content access.
Event Cancellation by Organizer
If an event is officially canceled by Rope Daddy Studios, ticket holders will be notified via email and provided available options as determined by the organizer.
Private Instruction & One-on-One Sessions
Private instruction sessions require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid as agreed prior to or at the time of the scheduled session.
Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session time. One reschedule is permitted with proper notice.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled session, including no-shows, result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook.
Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled start time. Late arrival by the client does not alter the scheduled end time. Time lost due to tardiness will not be extended, credited, discounted, or refunded.
Location & Travel
Private sessions may be conducted at an approved off-site location within a reasonable travel radius of Indianapolis, Indiana. Travel fees may apply and are quoted upon request based on distance and time required.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the selected location is safe, private, and suitable for instructional purposes.
Rope Daddy Studios reserves the right to decline any off-site location at its sole discretion.
Six-hour intensive sessions are conducted exclusively at the designated studio location unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Waiver Requirement
All private session clients must complete and sign the required liability waiver prior to the scheduled session. No instruction will begin without a completed waiver on file. Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions prior to participation.
Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy outlines processing times, delivery expectations, and responsibilities for products purchased through Rope Daddy Studios LLC.
Apparel
Apparel items are produced and fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand partner. Processing times vary and may take several business days prior to shipment.
Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, delivery speed is determined by the carrier.
Rope Daddy Studios is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been transferred to the shipping provider.
Rope, Oil & Wax Products
Rope, oil, and wax products are fulfilled directly by Rope Daddy Studios. Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted.
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, these products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Rope Daddy Studios is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If a package is returned due to an address error, reshipment may require additional shipping fees.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact Rope Daddy Studios within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photo documentation.
Approved claims will be replaced or refunded at the discretion of Rope Daddy Studios.
Lost Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Rope Daddy Studios is not responsible for stolen or missing packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim where applicable.
